Apple & Berry Crumble

• Serves 2 •


  • 200g frozen mixed summer berries

  • 3 apples, peeled and diced

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 cup oats, grounded with blender or Nutribullet

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


  • Slowly stew berries and diced apple in a drop of water and 1 tbsp of maple syrup until apples brown very slightly

  • Combine the oats, cinnamon, butter and 1 tbsp maple syrup in a bowl

  • Fill ramekin dish with stewed fruit and top with crumble mix

  • Add to pre-heated oven (180 degrees) or airfryer, and bake until the crumble has turned golden brown 

  • Add natural Greek yogurt and serve!
