Apple & Berry Crumble

• Serves 2 •


  • 200g frozen mixed summer berries

  • 1 apple

  • 2 tsp maple syrup

  • 2 heaped tsp coconut oil

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


  • Slowly stew berries and diced apple in a drop of water until apples brown very slightly

  • Ground the oats, cinnamon, coconut oil and maple syrup in a Nutri-bullet/blender to make crumble 

  • Fill ramekin dish with stewed fruit and top with crumble mix

  • Add to pre-heated oven (180 degrees) and bake until the crumble has turned golden brown 

  • Add natural Greek yogurt and serve!
