
These Banana & Cocoa Pancakes are packed full of protein, complex carbs, potassium, magnesium and calcium, making them a super start to the day and a perfect post-workout meal! They’re also very delicious
Ingredients
1 large ripe banana
2 large eggs
1 scoop (35g) vanilla or chocolate protein
35g rolled oats
1 Tbsp cocao powder
1tsp butter to grease pan

To serve
40g Greek yoghurt
Maple syrup

Directions
Blend all ingredients together, we used the @Nutribullet
Heat small pan to a medium heat and add a small amount of butter to grease the pan
Add a small amount of mixture to the pan and cook on both sides (this mix makes 3-4 pancakes depending on the size)
Top your pancakes with all your favourites (nut butter, honey, fresh berries) we opted for some Greek yoghurt and maple syrup
