Banana & Cocoa Pancakes


These Banana & Cocoa Pancakes are packed full of protein, complex carbs, potassium, magnesium and calcium, making them a super start to the day and a perfect post-workout meal! They’re also very delicious

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 scoop (35g) vanilla or chocolate protein

  • 35g rolled oats

  • 1 Tbsp cocao powder

  • 1tsp butter to grease pan

To serve

  • 40g Greek yoghurt

  • Maple syrup

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients together, we used the @Nutribullet

  • Heat small pan to a medium heat and add a small amount of butter to grease the pan

  • Add a small amount of mixture to the pan and cook on both sides (this mix makes 3-4 pancakes depending on the size)

  • Top your pancakes with all your favourites (nut butter, honey, fresh berries) we opted for some Greek yoghurt and maple syrup

  • Enjoy!
