Chocolate and PB Cups!


These 5 ingredient Peanut Butter Cups are a sure fire way to brighten up your day!


They couldn't be more simple to make and are BETTER than the shop bought ones.. A bold statement we know!


Ingredients

  • 2 large bars (200g) of chocolate (we used 70% dark chocolate to get all those precious polyphenols in!)

  • 120g smooth peanut butter

  • 25g butter

  • 55g honey

  • Sea salt flakes


Method


  1. Line a muffin tin with cupcake cases

  2. Melt chocolate and pour 1-2 tsp into the bottom of cupcake cases to line them. Pop into the freezer for about 5 minutes to allow chocolate to set while you make the filling

  3. In a separate bowl add peanut butter, honey and butter. Microwave for ~20 seconds until slightly melted and pourable consistency. Stir to combine

  4. Pour peanut butter mixture evenly into each cup and return to the freezer for another 5 minutes

  5. Pour remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture, sprinkle the top with sea salt and return to the freezer for the last time for ~30 minutes until fully set. Store the Peanut Butter Cups in the fridge
