Fluffy M&Ms Pancakes!


Light, fluffy, buttery, chocolately and sweet - What more could you ask for?!

Ingredients (serves 2)⁣

  • 200g self-raising flour⁣

  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder⁣

  • 1 Tbsp caster sugar⁣

  • Pinch of sea salt⁣

  • 3 large eggs⁣

  • 25g melted butter, plus extra for cooking⁣

  • 200ml milk⁣

  • Share size bag of M&Ms⁣

  • Maple syrup to serve⁣

Method⁣

  • Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl⁣

  • In a jug, whisk together the eggs, milk and melted butter⁣

  • Using an electric mixer or hand whisk, mix the wet ingredients into the dry and beat until smooth. The mixture should be thick and any lumps will dissolve with a little mixing⁣

  • Leave the mixture to rest for a few minutes before using⁣

  • Heat a non-stick pan on a medium heat and melt a knob of butter⁣

  • Use a ladle to scoop some of the batter onto the frying pan in your desired size of pancake⁣

  • Sprinkle M&Ms onto the top of the uncooked pancake on the pan. Allow the pancake to gently cook and start to bubble on the surface before flipping it over.⁣

  • Repeat until the pancake mix is gone⁣

  • Serve with extra M&Ms and maple syrup ... Thank us later!⁣
