1/2 tsp saltÂ
2 tsp bread sodaÂ
1 tbsp pumpkin seedsÂ
1 tbsp chia seedsÂ
500g Natural YoghurtÂ
1 tbsp maple syrupÂ
MethodÂ
Mix dry and wet ingredients separatelyÂ
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredientsÂ
Add mixture to a bread tin greased with coconut oil
Sprinkle some seeds and oats on topÂ
Bake at 180 for 20 minsÂ
Cover and bake at 150 for further 30-40 mins
Ensure a knife passes through the centre and comes out clean
