Dairy-Free Chocolate Chip Ice-Cream




3 ripe bananas 

4 tsp Green and Blacks cocoa powder 

4 tbsp Tinned light coconut milk 

1 tbsp maple syrup 

Cacao nibs 




Peel, chop and freeze bananas in a plastic bag 


Add bananas, coconut milk and maple syrup to the Nutribullet and blend until smooth


Stir in cocoa powder and cacao nibs (for that chocolate chip crunch!) 


Leave in freezer until hardened
