Banoffee Mug!!

 

• Serves 4 •

Crust Layer - Stirfry/bake until golden
60g oats
2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp coconut oil

Caramel Layer - Blend in Nutribullet
70g dates
30g almond butter
1/2 banana
1/2 tsp salt
Dash of water

Creamy Layer
250g Yoghurt

Topping
Banana
Sprinkle of cinnamon

Layer it up in a Maison jar and you're done!! 

Layering tip:
Best to keep the yoghurt and crumble layers separate, that way the crumble stays crunchie!)
