The Fit Clinic Oat Bread

 

Ingredients 

 

360g Oats 

1/2 tsp salt 

2 tsp bread soda 

1 tbsp pumpkin seeds 

1 tbsp chia seeds 

500g Natural Yoghurt 

1 tbsp maple syrup 

 

 

Method 

 

Mix dry and wet ingredients separately 

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients 

Add mixture to a bread tin greased with coconut oil

Sprinkle some seeds and oats on top 

Bake at 180 for 20 mins 

Cover and bake at 150 for further 30-40 mins

Ensure a knife passes through the centre and comes out clean
