Overnight Oat-Chia Seed Pudding

 

 

Ingredients 

 

• 60g oats  

• 2 tablespoons chia seeds 
• Koko coconut milk 

• 1 teaspoon maple syrup 
•  Raspberries


 

Method 

 

• Cover oats and chia seeds with coconut milk

• Add maple syrup, mashed raspberries 


• Leave overnight in the fridge 


• Add yoghurt and fresh fruit!
