There's nothing like a good cheeecake.. There's something about that combination of sweet crumble, creamy cheese and tangy fruit that make it unbeatable!!
This is a healthy take on the usual cheese but trust me when I say it tastes like the real deal!!
• Serves 4 •
200g Philadelphia Light
Cup fresh strawberries or raspberries
2 drops of vanilla extract
Melt butter in a non stick pan
Add oats, 15g of honey a drop of vanilla extract
Continue to toss until golden brown
Place these toasted oats in a Nutribullet or blender and blend to create your crumble
In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, 10g honey and a drop of vanilla extract
Get jar or an American style ice cream glass, add crumble, cream cheese and mashed strawberries or raspberries to the top!
