Sweet or Savoury Oat Pancakes


I absolutely love this oat pancake recipe - It's been my go-to for years now. It's so versatile and you can switch up the toppings depending on what you fancy -  Sweet or savoury (or in my case, a combination of both!) 


(Serves 2)




  • 80g cup oats

  • 2 eggs 

  • A splash of Cow's/Coconut/Almond milk 

  • 10g Butter 



  • Grind oats into flour using a Nutribullet/blender

  • To the bender, add eggs and enough milk together until the mixture has a batter-like consistency

  • Add thin layer of batter to a buttered pan and flip once the middle of the pancake starts to bubble 

Feeling Sweet 

Top with Greek yoghurt, your favourite berries (mine are raspberries like above), flaked almonds and a moderate helping of almond nut butter! 



Feeling Sweet AND Savoury 


Separately, grind stevia granules in a blender into a powder 

Add grilled bacon, maple syrup, blueberries and powdered stevia
