Seafood Chowder




300g fish mix(Cod/Salmon/Hake)

3 garlic cloves (crushed)
1 white onion (diced)
1 leek (diced)

2 carrots (diced)
50ml white wine
Tin of full fat coconut milk

1 fish stock cube
Basil leaves
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper




  1. Fry garlic, onions, leeks and carrots in butter until sautéed

  2. Add chunks of fish and continue to fry further 3-4 minutes

  3. Add white wine and simmer for 1-2 minutes

  4. Add stock cube (dissolved in 100ml of boiling water) and coconut milk

  5. Simmer on a low heat for 15-20 minutes

  6. Add salt and pepper to taste

  7. Garnish with basil leaves
