Baked Blueberry Oats

Baked blueberry oats (Serves 1)
Ingredients
50g oats
½ cup of milk
1 scoop protein powder*
50g blueberries
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
*The protein powder is optional - Other methods to increase the protein content are to serve the oats with Greek yoghurt or to mix 2 egg whites through the oats when cooking on the hob
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Combine all ingredients (except for protein powder and blueberries) and cook on the hob at a low-medium heat until the liquid is nearly absorbed.
Add a dash of milk to cool the oats slightly. Stir in the protein powder and blueberries.
Place in an ovenproof dish and cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
