Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie


(Serves 1)



  • 1 medium banana (Frozen works really well)

  • 20g peanut butter

  • 125g 0% fat Greek yoghurt 

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

  • 250mls liquid (almond milk, cow’s milk etc)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
