purified water, folate (as Quatrefolic® [(6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt]), preservative (potassium sorbate), citric acid.
Specially recommended for pregnancy, with a recommended dosage of 400 micrograms per day, each bottle comtains apppox 400 drops.
Take four drops per day under the tongue or in water. This bottle should suffice for a period of 3 months at this dosage.
