This is a 20 minute Zoom/phonecall consultation with Dr Michelle Hone, where you will recieve everything you need to know for success! 
 
You will also receieve:
 
Individualised nutrition, lifestyle and supplementation plan 
 
Following the consultation, if you decide to start nutriton coaching with us, you will recieve €29 off your first month with us! (Instead of €119 for your first month, you only pay €90). 
 
Please note, that if you have a complex health issue, or fertility, you will require a longer consultation.
